Using either PRIEX® polymers – either in pellet form or as water-based PP emulsions – processors of electrical products or electronics can easily protect copper wires or optical fibers by coating them with a thin film or foam of grafted polyolefin.

A major research program is currently being conducted to develop improvements to nanocomposites using PRIEX resins. Thanks to their dispersion and compatibilization properties, these resins should play an important role in the next round of enhancements to PP- and HDPE-based nanocomposites.
